In the heart of the Valpolicella Classica terroir sits Ca’ Pigneto, a model farm of 15 hectares, the centre of which is dominated by a seventeenth-century noble villa. In this natural amphitheatre at 350 metres above sea level, Veronica, the final descendant of the Adami Serenelli family, has dedicated this land to her greatest passion: the culture and cultivation of olive oil.
