Birra Monte Baldo is the craft brewery founded in Caprino Veronese in 2017. Owner and brewer is Mattia Maimeri, a graduate of the Dieffe school in Padua. Birra MOnte Baldo has the goal of producing quality craft beers that reflect the territory, with a modern interpretation. The craft brewery is located in Caprino Veronese, in Via IV Novembre 1 and starts with a 500 liter brewhouse. Adjacent there is the tap room, for the tasting of beers, the combination with typical preparations and as a place for courses, events and workshops. Associated "Marchio del Baldo".
