Cantina Sabaini was founded in the early 1930s, when the Sabaini family began cultivating vines in the Municipality of Illasi. The company was committed to the vinification of its own grapes from around 100 hectares and to the production of both DOC (Denomination of Controlled Origin) and IGT (Typical Geographical Indication) wines.

With the arrival in the company of the two sons Alberto and Riccardo, there is the innovation and a strong desire to promote the company, the territory and the wines produced. Hence the Wineshop, where it is possible to find all the wines produced in bottles, and La Càneva, a space dedicated to traditional bulk wines.
