Vineyards and olive trees find the perfect soil to thrive in Valpantena. The Oleificio delle Colline Veronesi was founded in Quinto di Valpantena back in 1965 and was set up as a cooperative association of several olive growers from Verona. Following the merger with the Cantina Sociale della Valpantena, these companies were joined in July 2003 by another 300 companies, thereby creating a new oil and wine making company in Valpantena. The Cantina Valpantena oil mill uses ultra-modern processing methods with continuous cycle plants and technologies under controlled environments and temperatures. Each product is looked after from raw material to processing, always with the company’s experience and expertise.
