Ancient oil mill with origins since 1200. The Ballarini family selects and works olives from the east of Verona. The oil mill is located in Cazzano di Tramigna in the eastern province of Verona, Veneto Region, northeast of Italy. In 2020 the extra virgin olive oil production line has been completely modernized according to the most modern production techniques with consequent improvement of the organoleptic values of extra virgin olive oil obtained. We offer various extra virgin olive oils depending on the type of processing and/or kind of olives. Together with the extravirgin olive oil we also offer specialty jars in olive oil, flavored olive oils and a bath and personal cosmetics line with olive oil.
