The I Roccoli farm is located in Bardolino and has 530 olive trees covering an area of about 3 hectares. Most of the olive trees are in production. The main variety grown (almost 80%) is Casaliva, which the farm uses to try and produce the best possible quality P.D.O. extra virgin olive oil to the east of Lake Garda.
